Please Note
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior financial arrangements have been made. As a courtesy, our office will submit insurance claims on your behalf and assist with claim tracking when necessary.
Insurance benefits vary by plan, and patients are ultimately responsible for any portion not covered by their insurance carrier. Most insurance companies respond to claims within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after insurance processing is the responsibility of the patient.
